Hey, I'm Jodie!

I have dedicated my life to exploring how the information we consume affects our mental health and shapes who we become. This was driven by my own experiences with how the negativity bias in the news affected my well-being.

Recognising the universal struggle with media impact on mental health, I have made it my mission to help people reverse engineer their media diet, using the science of wellbeing, into a tool to improve their mental wealth, empower their mindset and transform the quality of their lives.
